Orakl Network Klaytn Mainnet Launch 🎉
TL;DR
- Development of Orakl Network began in November 2022, and on June 28th, 2023, we officially launched the service on Klaytn mainnet (Cypress).
Following the service roadmap discussed in the previous blog, we have successfully deployed Orakl Network on the mainnet. We value your feedback and will continue to enhance and develop features within the Klaytn ecosystem based on your input.
Orakl Network made its debut on the Klaytn testnet (Baobab) in March 2023. Throughout this period, we diligently addressed and resolved various technical issues, resulting in the creation of a stronger and more sustainable system. In May 2023, we engaged Verichains, a renowned security auditing firm trusted by prominent projects like BNB, Klaytn, and Axie Infinity, to conduct an extensive audit. The audit identified potential security vulnerabilities, which we promptly addressed to enhance the overall security of our product.
For a comprehensive overview, please refer to the final audit report.
In addition, we published a whitepaper with a more detailed explanation of how each component works so that DApp builders can use Orakl Network with more confidence. Developers are especially encouraged to read it, as it details the core structure and how each service works. In addition, all source code is available on the Orakl Network’s official Github repository, so if you are interested in blockchain oracles and open source activities, please feel free to check it out!jfl;kasdjfl;kasjdf;lkjasdlkj;
Orakl Network was initially conceived to address the absence of a suitable oracle service on the Klaytn network. Now, after its official launch on the Klaytn mainnet, we aim to enhance the service through active engagement with builders who are operating or developing services within the Klaytn ecosystem. We aspire to expand the Klaytn ecosystem by actively seeking and incorporating their valuable feedback.
To this end, the Klaytn Foundation has expressed its intent to participate in the transparent operation of Orakl Network as a Data Feed node operator and is currently in the process of onboarding for node operation.
Throughout Q3 and Q4 of this year, Orakl Network aims to diversify the composition of its various data feeds, with a particular focus on expanding the price feed. Additionally, we are considering the inclusion of RWA (real-world assets) data.
If you have any suggestions for adding new data feeds, please provide your input via this link. Furthermore, if you require customized Oracle features during the service’s development or have any other feedback, please don’t hesitate to contact us at business@orakl.network.
